About me
My name is Justyna Zawadzka. For over a decade, I have been supporting others in regaining health, balance, and inner strength. My personal experiences, deep connection with nature and plant spirits, and years of working with the body and consciousness have shaped the path I follow. Through methods involving the body, emotions, and plants, I help people discover their potential for self-healing and restoring inner peace. My place, ŁĄKA I LAS (Meadow and Forest), is a space where nature heals, inspires, and guides — just as it helped me on my journey.
Where did the idea come from to seek remedies for my problems in nature? Well, nature has always been very close to me. The presence of plant spirits, in various dimensions and at different levels, has manifested throughout my life. In my family home — both my mother and grandmother often used herbs and natural healing methods (e.g., cupping therapy).
I have always felt close to the earth. As a teenager, I began exploring the topic of plants on my own. In my twenties, I became interested in consciousness and the influence of psychedelic plants and mushrooms on it. During my psychology studies, I wrote my bachelor’s thesis about cannabis.
So, it probably won’t surprise you that when I was going through a severe depression in my early twenties, which was not helped by traditional medication, I turned to plants.
One of the most difficult experiences in my life, which also led to overcoming depression, was my encounter with Ayahuasca (a plant from South America). I went to a ceremony near Warsaw, and there I strongly felt that this was a plant that could help me. Two weeks later, I was already in the Peruvian jungle, and there I drank it (was on a diet with it) for three months. At that time, I worked with various shamans and received different messages, and Ayahuasca gave me many powerful and difficult lessons, for which I am very grateful today.
I regained my life, came out of depression. Today, I no longer need to work with such powerful plants and seek those that are gentler in their effect.
In 2017 — I received a very difficult and terrifying diagnosis: breast cancer. Since I was already on the path of supporting others on their path to self-healing, I felt and decided that I could cure this cancer naturally.
I quit my job and focused only on my health. For half a year, I treated it with various diets and therapies, but it was CBD oils that were incredibly supportive for me during this process. I found many studies confirming that CBD oils limit the migration of cancer cells and inhibit the growth of existing ones. I do not know exactly how much using CBD oils affected my body, but I know how much it impacted my psyche, lowering my anxiety levels, which were very high at that time. Today, I know that it was the CBD oils that contributed to my body ultimately defeating the cancer.
After this experience, I strongly felt that I want to support others on their journey to health. This is how ŁĄKA I LAS (Meadow and Forest) was born. A place where the gifts of Mother Earth that helped me can also help you. What you find in my shop are the goods I am very close to and use myself.
Today, I work individually with the body and ensure continuous availability of nature’s goods in my shop. I wanted and still want to share with the world what helped me.

And although Amanita is already banned in Poland and I cannot sell my ointment, which was appreciated and loved by my clients, I still want to talk about it because it is a great medicine with immense power. It healed the arthritis in my hands and took care of my skin. Dozens of testimonials confirming its wonderful effects are absolutely no coincidence.
For 15 years, I have worked as a body and consciousness therapist. I worked with people, teaching them to feel and be aware of their bodies, to feel emotions in them, and to release traumas from them. What I dream of now is combining this work with working with plants. I would like to teach how to bring the spirit of plants into our bodies, how to feel and recognize it, how to learn from it, and how it can guide us.
The concept of ŁĄKA I LAS (Meadow and Forest) is constantly evolving and changing fluidly within me — just as everything around us changes and is in constant motion (even if we sometimes don’t notice it). The vision of how to combine working with the body and working with plants is still clarifying for me, and it is a process — I patiently wait for the right moment — when all the puzzle pieces will fall into place and the full picture will be revealed.
