Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a method to regain energy, release emotions, and reduce stress. It relaxes soft tissues and removes built-up tension, revitalizes life forces, and restores inner harmony. This method also perfectly complements your work with a psychologist or psychotherapist.

During the therapy, the patient remains fully clothed. The therapy is non-invasive and suitable for people of all ages. It focuses on gentle touch of the skull, spine, sacrum, abdomen, legs, and feet. Sensations during the therapy can vary widely, including changes in temperature, tingling, subtle vibrations, or emerging emotions.

A session lasts one hour.

I work with people of all ages, including children. I use this method for conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, ADHD, and issues related to prematurity. Additionally, it is effective for concentration disorders, colic, teething, stomach aches, and diarrhea.
