Awareness Training

This is a subtle yet deeply transformative method of working with the body and consciousness that allows you to feel and understand your needs and fulfill them in alignment with yourself. It teaches you to draw wisdom from all experiences by enabling an understanding of how they shape us. It fosters self-acceptance, acceptance of your surroundings, love, and trust.

Conscious work with the body is a path to opening the heart, intuition, and sensuality. It helps you soften habits that disconnect the body from emotions, and thus from basic needs such as rest, hunger, sexuality, tenderness, and pleasure. Through this method, stuck emotions, blockages, and tensions are released, and your body regains energy previously used to suppress emotions, which otherwise leads to fatigue, premature aging, inhibited potential, and illness.

With awareness training, you will have the opportunity to restore mental balance and emotional harmony. It is also a way to awaken the potential to create what you deeply desire but do not always have access to. The training will help you become aware of and feel the right direction you want to follow. It will not only allow you to reach the roots of difficult moments but also enable you to consciously shape your life. It will help you understand why you sometimes struggle to channel your energy creatively. By connecting with the places in your body where this energy is blocked, you will gain insight into those situations and unlock the resulting stagnations.

Sessions can take place online.

There is an option to book an in-person session lasting 1.5 or 2 hours. During such sessions, I combine various techniques depending on your needs at the moment.
