How does this blend of Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps work?

At Łąka i Las we don’t import raw materials from mass plantations on the other side of the world (or from Chinese labs). All the Mushrooms in our shop come from Poland – they are grown locally by someone close to me, a mindful grower who tends the whole process, from inoculating the mycelium to harvest, with care and heart. That’s how we know that only clean, mature fruiting bodies of the highest quality go into our jars.

How to use it to feel the difference sooner?

  • Take 1–2 capsules daily. Ideally take one capsule in the morning (when brain and body activity is highest) and optionally a second around 2 pm (e.g. before a workout or work that needs focus). You can take the capsules with a meal or with a warm drink (e.g. cacao, herbal tea or a root infusion).
  • For the best support of your nervous system and recovery: Although some people notice effects (a clearer mind, calmer energy, deeper breathing) within a few days, take ISKRA regularly for at least 4–6 weeks. When you are exhausted, under long-term stress or in a low mood, your body needs time to rebuild its resources.


Practical information:

  • Each capsule contains: Cordyceps extract (Cordyceps militaris): 300 mg (including 16 mg cordycepin), Lion’s Mane extract (Hericium erinaceus): 200 mg (including 2 mg erinacines and 2 mg hericenones). Vegan capsule made from 100% plant cellulose.
  • Supply: Each jar contains 60 capsules – 30 to 60 days of regular support.
