Powrót do ciała, sygnałów i prawdy o sobie Plik mp3
Returning to the body, its signals and the truth about yourself
This meditation grew out of my many years of therapeutic work, as well as my own practice of working with emotions and body awareness.
This is not a calming meditation.
It is a meditation that restores contact and opens you to feeling what was left unexpressed, hidden in deeper layers.
What can you work with in this meditation?
The BOUNDARIES meditation guides you step by step to:
- recognising where and how your boundary was crossed,
- noticing how that experience is stored in the body — in tension, pain, heaviness, held breath,
- safely expressing what was held back: anger, sadness, refusal, the need for protection,
- returning to your heart and to the emotions that often hide beneath tension,
- closing the process through acceptance instead of struggle.
This meditation will lead you back to yourself, where with acceptance you can embrace what was once overlooked.
Who is this meditation for?
This meditation can be especially supportive if:
- you often realise after the fact that you have crossed your own boundaries again,
- you feel anger, tension or sadness but find it hard to express,
- your body sends signals you haven’t listened to before,
- you want to build boundaries from within, not from a place of control or struggle.
How to use it?
Come back to this meditation whenever:
- anger or frustration comes up,
- you feel you said “yes” while your body was saying “no”,
- something in you is asking for attention and healing.
You can pause the recording, give yourself more time, follow movement, sound or silence.
What matters is that you flow with your own rhythm and with whatever comes up.
What remains after the meditation?
- more clarity,
- relief in the body,
- a sense of being closer to yourself,
- the question: what do I really need now?
And that question is part of the boundary.
At the end it invites you to feel gratitude towards yourself and towards your body, which has been your guide throughout the whole process.
The meditation lasts 19 minutes; it’s best done in a comfortable space where you can allow yourself to express emotions if you need to.
