Uzdrowienie i odrodzenie miękkości
wounds from lost trust still make themselves felt, and you carry memories of difficult relationships, betrayals or break-ups,
giving birth left a mark in you that reaches much deeper than the body,
closeness – instead of bringing comfort – stirs fear and tension in you,
your body, afraid of being hurt again, clings to what it already knows: old memories, difficult emotions and touch that once brought pain,
Capirona comes exactly when you are ready to release what has stayed frozen inside you for years. It helps gently open places that were closed until now and, step by step, restores softness, warmth and trust in life to your body.

My meeting with the Spirit of Capirona
I met Capirona in the heart of the Amazon. When I touched its bark – warm, soft, like human skin – I felt it leading me to deep imprints in my body, to the very beginning of my life. It opened my prenatal memory and healed tensions stored in my body since the day I was born. It was an experience of enormous warmth and acceptance, as if its safe arms were saying: “you are safe, you are at home”.
Capirona helped me dissolve old blocks and restored my sense of vitality. It taught me that touch is the sacred language of life. Its energy is masculine, luminous and penetrating – full of strength, yet extraordinarily subtle. Perhaps that’s why, after meeting it, I felt deep gratitude for my life.
How to work with Capirona?

Listen to yourself – do you truly hear its invitation?
Work with intention and attention.
Capirona doesn’t change you from the outside – it simply (and powerfully) leads you into your inner world.
Support in the process
If you feel that working with Capirona stirs up topics that need to be calmly talked through or closed, I invite you to an individual online session.
During the session I will help you:
name and sort out the emotions that come up while working with the Plant,
find the places in your body where you still hold tension, and learn to release them,
bring the insights from your meditation into everyday relationships and boundary-setting.
