My experience

My first meeting with Ubos was in Peru, on a journey deep into the jungle. I felt its quiet, regulating effect on my nervous system, but at the time I had no sudden insights.

Only later, here in Poland, during a plant diet, did Ubos reveal its subtle action to me. During a day-long walk in the forest I surrendered to the rhythm my body set – I walked full of energy, then a moment later felt the need to nap under a tree. I woke up refreshed and walked on. Surrendering to this cycle was exactly what my body needed for deep regulation. I also noticed how strongly my sensitivity to the animal world opened up, and how easily I connected with animals.
