Ceremonial Cacao – a healthy way to a good mood

CEREMONIAL CACAO – an intense experience and a spiritual awakening

What if drinking warm, delicious, aromatic cacao turned out to have beneficial effects on your physical and mental health?

Ceremonial Cacao is very different from the cacao commonly available in stores. A drink prepared from it has an incredibly nourishing effect on our body.

How to Use Cacao?

Grind the right amount of cacao (about 30-50 g) in a coffee grinder or grate it, mix it with warm plant-based milk, and add honey or agave syrup. You can heat and cool it several times, or blend it for a smooth consistency. It also pairs beautifully with a pinch of warming spices or cayenne pepper. Do not use dairy milk, as its compounds deactivate some of cacao’s beneficial properties.

Try to drink it on an empty stomach – that’s when it best supports concentration and mindfulness. It allows you to focus on yourself and what is happening inside, helping to move and release stuck emotions. I drink cacao every day instead of breakfast, creating a mini ceremony: I meditate, practice yoga, and listen inward. Sometimes I combine ceremonial cacao with Bobinsana – these plants communicate beautifully with each other.

Cacao is a wonderful alternative to morning coffee. It gives a solid boost of energy that lasts much longer than coffee. Ceremonial Cacao stimulates blood circulation, increases oxygenation in the body, and regulates blood pressure. It brings feelings of joy, contentment, and abundance. By stimulating the central nervous system, it enhances creativity and artistic flow. It is also an aphrodisiac – boosting libido and heightening sensual experience.

Where Does Its Uniqueness Come From?

Ceremonial Cacao comes only from cacao trees that have not been modified by humans in any way. It is cultivated with intention, fairly, and with respect for the environment and people. Only about 5% of cacao worldwide is grown in this way. The harvested fruits are much smaller than those cultivated on a mass scale.

Ceremonial Cacao takes the form of a pressed paste that looks like matte, crumbly chocolate. Its production process is carefully observed and includes cacao bean fermentation, gentle heating, drying at very low temperatures, and then grinding with traditional stone methods.

Why Drink Cacao?

Above all, cacao significantly improves mood. Drinking it regularly supports relaxation, bliss, satisfaction, and a sense of well-being.

Cacao reduces stress sensitivity because it boosts serotonin production in the body. When serotonin is low, feelings of fatigue or even depression can arise. If you crave chocolate, it may actually be your body asking to reduce high stress – in that case, ceremonial cacao is a far better choice than regular chocolate.

Cacao is rich in iron, protein, and magnesium, which support the nervous system and muscles while reducing stress susceptibility. It also contains high amounts of calcium to strengthen bones and joints. Its copper content helps transport iron in the body, preventing, among other things, anemia. It is also packed with polyphenols, which lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases and cancer.

Research suggests that ceremonial cacao may significantly reduce the occurrence of chronic autoimmune conditions as well as so-called “civilization diseases.” It lowers high blood pressure, supports the pancreas, helps regulate weight, improves mood and immunity, and reduces oxidative stress.
